James Timothy Doyle, 65, son of James and Marion Doyle (deceased), died on August 7th. It is his gentle spirit, his keen sense of humor, and his colorful artistry, created wherever he went, that will always be remembered by all his family and friends.
Tim grew up in Edison, NJ, went to J.P. Stevens HS (‘73) and Glassboro College, where he excelled as a long distance runner. He then moved west to Colorado, then California, and later settled in Lebanon, Oregon where many of his murals can still be enjoyed. He was an imaginative artist, sharing so many different styles of drawings and paintings with others. One of his favorite things was baseball, especially the Yankees, and he enjoyed organizing games with local youth.
Tim is survived by his seven siblings (Elizabeth, William, Catherine, Sarah, Margaret, David, and Andrew), partner Joann, and many nieces and nephews. Due to the pandemic, there will not be a formal funeral service. Hopefully there will be future gatherings on both coasts when family and friends can come together to honor his memory. He will be terribly missed.
In Tim's memory, please pay it forward to someone you see in need during these trying times.
