Condolence From: Nola
Condolence: I always looked forward to holidays because that is when I got to see my Grandma. My Grandma was a special lady. You see, she wasn’t like most Grandmas. She was sassy, fun and had a great sense of humor. She kept Grandpa on his toes and had a huge passion for the simple things.

I’ve always looked up to Grandma and when I became a mother myself, I really began to understand all the trials and tribulations of juggling the responsibilities of being a wife, mother and homemaker. As I often find myself struggling in these areas, Grandma showed me, not only is it possible, it can also be done gracefully. Grandma was amazing like that and she will forever have my admiration.

Every decision Grandma made was based on her heart. She loved with all her heart. She loved her husband, children and pets more than herself. Grandma was truly an angel on earth and I sincerely feel blessed to not only have known her but to always be a part of her.

I miss Grandma so much. I would give anything to see Grandma on Christmas Eve but I must trust in God and His plan. I know He is taking great care of her and that she is smiling down on all of us.

Fly High, Grandma!
You’ll always be my hero.
Love always, Nola
